Hi Yummy Koh, I made my own marshmallow fondant and stamped the letters out using cookie cutters. So far, I've not come across anywhere in Sg that sells ready made alphabets.
Anncoo, It's best not to store the cut-outs in the fridge, cos when you take them out, the condensation will cause the fondant to soften and make it difficult to handle. I've left cut-outs in the open for weeks and it dries and stiffens nicely. The sugar in the fondant preserves it, so it won't go bad. Just stack them in layers with parchment/wax paper in between.

Nice!
I also saw the letters at Hearty-bakes but hers is chocolate. Thanks, very nicely done.
Great job on the marshmallow fondant! What a lucky guy Raphael is!
GREAT JOB! is sooo nicely done! (:
WOW! Very pretty :) Next time I must also use marshmallow for the lettering. Can I keep the marshmallow in the fridge after the cut out?

Thank you very much for the info. :)
The blue colour of the letters are so outstanding in the very white frosting. Your boy must happy to see these cupcakes.
