Christmas Truffles

recipe tried and tested by NEL, the batter baker
Cake truffles, made for some very special friends.

* Glenfiddich Chocolate & Peanut
* Green Tea White Chocolate & Coconut

Recipe can be found here.
For the green tea truffles, just use green tea cake crumbs instead of chocolate, and replace choc with white choc.
